1. Procurement In-direct:
• Directly manage indirect procurement requests related to Marketing, Maintenance, and Logistics:
o Receive and process procurement needs for Marketing-related activities (POSM materials, Promotional gifts, Display items for events, Activation campaigns and other marketing initiatives…)
o Handle sourcing and vendor selection for maintenance-related needs at the factory and warehouse, including spare parts, repair services, and facility upkeep.
o Identify, evaluate, and onboard new 3PL providers (e.g., transportation fleets, warehouse operators) to support logistics operations across Modern Trade, General Trade, and Ecommerce channels.
• Work closely with stakeholders to clarify specifications, timelines, and budgets before initiating sourcing.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance to ensure service quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company standards.
2. Procurement Direct:
• Monitor procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing of raw materials or components directly related to production.
• Review and manage the vendor list; evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality, pricing, and reliability.
• Identify backup suppliers to mitigate supply risks.
• Supervise and provide guidance to Procurement Staff responsible for direct procurement activities.
