Create visually appealing graphic designs for corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and internal/external events, such as student events, staff events, and teacher events. Design branded materials for corporate merchandise, certificates, and stationery, including uniforms, name cards, letterheads, envelopes, presentation templates, seasonal and festive-themed design. Produce and edit high-quality video content for corporate communication and marketing purposes, such as short promotional clips, event recap videos, and internal communication materials. Create motion graphics and animation videos to support new product marketing, brand storytelling, and digital campaigns. Maintain and enhance the company’s visual identity across all design and video outputs, ensuring a cohesive and professional look. Collaborate with diverse production vendors to ensure high-quality outcomes in printing, photography, and video production, adhering to brand guidelines and standards. Stay up-to-date on design and video production trends, tools, and techniques to ensure all visual and video content remains modern, innovative, and engaging. Regularly review and update designs and video content based on performance metrics and stakeholder feedback.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Motion Graphics, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and multimedia production, preferably within a corporate environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other design/video editing software. Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and video storytelling techniques. Experience in motion graphics, animation, and video editing is essential. Good communication and presentation skills. A portfolio showcasing a variety of design and video work across different media.
