Mô Tả Công Việc Nhân viên kinh doanh Với Mức Lương 15 - 18 Triệu

a) Market development and customer service:
- Act as an escalation contact point to the assigned accounts.
- Ensure consistent growth of revenue.
- Focus on Japanese customer market and related areas. Seek cooperation opportunities with domestic and foreign Japanese partners. Ensure consistent growth of number of customers, including restaurants, hotels, supermarket, convenience stores.

- Being accountable in all sales effort. Data analysis and reporting.
- Ensure consistent and excellent customer service. Be responsible to handle customer complaints, be the key contact point for any customer feedback/complaints towards the company and products.
- Conduct/organize product training for accounts, group presentation, customer events.
- Self-study and with internal help, being literacy of draft beer system. Proactive in self-learning and improvement to meet up with job requirements, helping to improve personal productivity and effectiveness.
- Admin tasks related to sales by own self and/or with internal/outsourced help within a reasonable budget compared to total revenue of the territory: contracts, delivery note, payment, reports, delivery process, volume projection. Develop, review and keep track on team pipeline.
b) Market development and customer service task break-down:
- Create sales leads list of venues by walking in the area, TripAdvisor, Google business and/or the local advertisement and select the potential venues suitable for our product.
- Visit the venue or call to set up a meeting with the decision maker.
- Do the beer tasting session with the decision maker.
- Close the deal with the venue as soon as possible after the tasting session and be sure to look. after them as their main point of contact.
- Taking care of the new and existing customers in the area you are in charge, visiting venues, checking beer quality and if they are enough coasters, table standees and glasses. Also making sure that our products are being served correctly and presented nicely.
- Record all marketing/promotional material given to venues.
- Achieve all sales targets. 10% monthly growth of revenue compared to average of previous 4 months. Open at least 4 new customers (location) each month.
- Enter all sales orders into the system and arrange delivery with the team.
- Help the events when it is organized in your area.
- Propose the new and interesting ideas for the customers to promote our product such as special promotion, event...etc
- Attend the weekly sales meetings.
- Help accounting team to chase payments from the customers (if your customer is not paid, your commission will not be paid fully).
- Give the line cleaning for the customers who has the kegerator and solve the minor technical issues for the customer. If the issue is serious, arrange the technical support.
- Spot check all the venues at least once a month for troubleshooting and discussion with managers about the needs our vendors have.
- Enter all information into the market research forms/ the system.
- Be quick in response to the customers and to the internal communication
- Never be drunk/misbehave in front of customers
c) Other responsibility:
- Always looking for opportunities to add value to the organization
- Proactively sense problems, construct solutions, and working with reporting manager to take the business in appropriate directions
- Take other tasks assigned by reporting manager
- Being able to be in communication 9am to 11pm/7 days per week for the purpose of solving issues related to sales in the territory by own self or with internal/outsourced help
- Work well in a team-driven environment. Build up good cooperation with internal departments
- Build up good relationship with customers, stakeholders, competitors at all levels
- Systematic and structured to understand systems and processes
- Ability to work hard and can work under minimum supervision
- Keep personal and professional integrity of the highest order

Với Mức Lương 15 - 18 Triệu Thì Cần Những Yêu Cầu Công Việc Gì

- Must be Vietnamese - Age from 25 to 30
- Graduating from university or college in related fields is an advantage.
- At least 6 months of experience in beer distribution or the restaurant sector
- Good communication skills in English/Vietnamese.
- Ability to work hard and can work under minimum supervision.
- Ability to plan work, monitor processes, coordinate and organize work implementation.
- Honesty, meticulousness and care in work to be able to handle all data in the most accurate way.
- A dynamic personality with a good ability to interact with different people and levels. Effective verbal and written communicator.
- Be able to work at beer related events as advised by your manager.
- Be proactive to liaise with other departments such as marketing for venue needs.
- Work with technician and sales admin for sending beers to Provincial Locations and scheduled maintenance.
