B Japan Tours is an award winning, dynamic and very fast-growing Destination Management Company (Inbound Tour Operator) in Japan. Our head office in Tokyo is centrally located and a main hub of Operations. Support/ Representative office in Hanoi, Vietnam is active with back-office functions and optimizing the Group Reservation. We are currently working with a number of International Tour Operators and the list is growing.
Roles and responsibilities:
● Update price list for invoice preparation.
● Prepare and check monthly invoices, cross check with reservation sheet and invoice amount.
● Working with cross functional departments in Japan through email/ skype to make sure handling customer’s inquiries.
● Check payment terms, conditions and contracts of customers.
● Send correct invoices to business partners on time and follow up the payment process.
● Participate in trainings, workshops as scheduled.
● Follow the company standard operating process and guidelines.
● Efficient use of project timelines, milestones using appropriate tools and planning.
● Build strong, transparent long-term relationships with coworkers based in Tokyo.
● Other tasks may be assigned.
