● Take the lead and actively contribute to all stages of the development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, specification, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
● Serve as a technical advisor, offering guidance to ensure adherence to best practices and alignment with business goals.
● Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high coding standards and enhance team performance.
● Keep up to date with the latest advancements in Drupal and related technologies to continuously improve project quality.
● Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

● Proven experience in designing and developing custom modules and themes for Drupal 8/9.
● Strong proficiency in working with popular PHP frameworks like Symfony (3.x, 4.x, 5.x), Laravel (5.x), or CakePHP.
● Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
● Solid understanding of API integration and RESTful services; experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP is a bonus.
● Knowledge of database optimization and complex database design.
● Experience with template engines such as Twig or Blade, and foundational frontend skills in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
● Practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and strong collaboration within dynamic team environments.
