Participate in outsourcing projects for clients in the global markets.
Research and study Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions (Salesforce).
Advise clients on effective approaches to building CRM systems.
Consult, proposed solutions to clients. and provide direction for the project team.
Plan, assign, and monitor tasks for team members.
Write system requirement specification documents (SRS), or data mapping documents.
Develop user manuals and provide training for end-users and team members.

Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and hold one or more certifications in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc is an advance.
Expertise in sales management operations, inventory management, sales processes (retail and wholesale), and supply chain management.
Strong analytical thinking in system analysis.
Effective communication skills with internal teams and external clients to gather and exchange business/functional requirements.
Ability to self-improve professionally, mentor others, and work well in a team.
Solid background in Information Technology and software development or Graduated in Information Technology, Information Systems, Applied Mathematics, or related economic fields with a passion for IT.
Task organization and control.
Effective time management.
Strong communication skills.
English proficiency is required.
Experience with health care domain is an advantage.
