Monitor and analyze logs from network devices and firewalls (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet)
Identify and escalate suspicious or abnormal traffic patterns
Assist in troubleshooting basic connectivity or security-related incidents
Communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking clients and team members for incident handling and updates
Document findings, generate reports, and maintain logs according to internal processes
Coordinate with senior engineers or security teams for deeper investigations
