We are seeking a skilled and organized General Human Resources (HR) Staff member to oversee and implement a diverse range of HR responsibilities, including administrative tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient recruitment processes, employee performance management, and the development of HR policies. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at managing all aspects of recruitment, performance evaluation, and HR administration.
(1) Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Implement all tasks of Recruitment including, but not limited to:
- Plan & execute recruitment strategies to meet the company’s hiring needs,
- Post jobs on different platforms,
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with managers,
- Oversee the entire recruitment process for all company positions, ensuring timely and successful hiring.
(2) HR Policy & Procedure Development:
- Support the design & implementation of HR policies to foster a positive and productive work environment,
- Regularly review and update policies in compliance with industry standards and company values.
(3) Performance Management:
- Implement the probation appraisal and the annual evaluation of employee’s performance
