Mô Tả Công Việc Chuyên viên đào tạo Với Mức Lương 25 - 30 Triệu
1. Support Sales Performance (New & Renewals)
Help Sales Manager set monthly sales goals for each Education Consultant (EC), based on their student pipeline and experience.
Review results from the previous month and support ECs to improve with clear action plans.
Share weekly updates and suggestions.
Encourage timely tuition fee collection and proper CRM updates.
Sometimes join sales meetings with customers to demonstrate best practices.
2. Coach and Train the Sales Team
Observe the team and spot skills that need improvement.
Offer regular 1-on-1 coaching and training sessions.
Make sure new team members complete their training smoothly.
Report monthly to the ACM about team progress and areas to improve.
3. Work with Other Teams
Work closely with the Activation and Marketing teams to check lead quality and conversion.
Help the Sales team stay on track with promises made to other teams.
Join weekly meetings with center leaders to solve problems together.
Share useful feedback about the market with the Marketing team.
Attend monthly meetings with the Sales, Marketing, and DSF teams.
4. Support Team Development and Policies
Help recruit new sales team members when needed.
Assist with fair scheduling of team shifts.
Keep the team motivated and create a positive working environment.
Spot strong team members who can grow into future leaders.
Make sure everyone follows company rules and processes.
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Sales & Marketing (preferred)
Fluent in Vietnamese and English
At least 5 years in the education industry
At least 3 years in a sales management role (preferably in EdTech)
Strong leadership and team management
Coaching and developing sales staff
Solid knowledge of sales process and pipeline management
Experience in premium sales/service industries
Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
Goal-oriented, resilient, and self-motivated
Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude
Team player with strong collaboration skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
