* As a data analyst at BGSV/BDO, you will be responsible for translating business requirement into actionable insights via understanding, designing, and helping our stakeholders understand and leverage their data for maximum impact. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless data flow, analyze data, and present findings in clearly and compellingly. The duties include but not limited to:
* Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and provide data-driven solutions. Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure data projects align with business goals.
* Data integration: Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and other team members to ensure smooth data flow and integration. This includes overseeing data pipelines, maintaining data quality, and facilitating data accessibility.
* Data analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis using exploratory and advanced analytics techniques to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Utilize your finding to drive business decisions.
* Insights presentation: Effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences. Develop clear and compelling report and visualizations using BI tools.
* Dashboard development: design and maintain interactive dashboards to support real-time decision-making and strategic planning.
