The Sales and Marketing Intern is responsible for generating potential customer lists, maintaining client information in the CRM system, creating marketing materials, analyzing marketing metrics, and performing administrative tasks as assigned.
- Conduct Market Research: Identify potential customers and market opportunities through comprehensive research.
- Email Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the creation, execution, and management of email marketing campaigns to engage and convert leads.
- Customer Database Management: Update and maintain accurate customer databases to ensure effective communication and follow-up.
- Customer Feedback Analysis: Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine and improve marketing strategies.
- Lead Generation Support: Aid the sales team in generating leads and following up on potential sales opportunities.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on the performance of marketing campaigns and customer engagement metrics.

► Education and Experience:
- Study fields such as International Business, E-commerce, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines are preferred.
- Junior or Senior students are encouraged to apply.
► Required Skills and Abilities:
- A minimum commitment of 06 months is required.
- Ability to use MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good at English, both verbal and written.
- Familiar with professional social media platforms and networking tools.
- Demonstrate a commercial mindset and basic business acumen.
- Exhibit a proactive, hard-working, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Possesses strong administrative skills and is results-oriented with attention to detail.
- Pay close attention to detail and have strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrates effective communication and proactive approach to task completion.
- Open to receiving feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
► Working Conditions and Benefits:
- Working Place: Bluesky Office, 01 Bach Dang, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, HCMC
- Working Time: 8:00 – 17:35 Monday - Friday (Close Saturday & Sunday)
- Allowance: 3.000.000 VND/month
