• Work with clients by communicating clearly and offer solutions.
• Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to negotiate pricing and optimize production processes.
• Collaborate with the Technical and production teams to develop samples and follow up with buyer\'s adjustments.
• Train and mentor merchandising staff to enhance team performance and productivity.
• Prepare and present regular reports on merchandising activities and sales performance to senior management.
• Understand market research to identify customer preferences and emerging trends to fit with company strategy.
• Analyze sales data to assess product performance and make informed merchandising decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, International Communication or a related field.
• Fluent in English (if can speak Vietnamese is a plus)
