The Impact You’ll Make in This Role
• Effectively utilize proprietary and external research tools to systematically identify and assess private credit, debt financing, and structured investment opportunities. Leverage financial modeling, risk assessment frameworks, and credit analysis to evaluate opportunities.
• Execute comprehensive credit and risk analysis, meticulously evaluating financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and market trends. Assess default risks, creditworthiness, and financial sustainability of potential investments, ensuring alignment with our risk-adjusted return expectations.
• Build and refine financial models, including DCF, IRR, sensitivity analyses, and scenario planning, to assess investment feasibility. Support debt structuring, crafting optimal financing solutions for our portfolio companies.
• Embark on detailed due diligence expeditions, meticulously dissecting financial statements and market trends to navigate the complex landscape of risk and opportunity with unparalleled precision across private credit markets.
• Support debt financing strategies, including structuring credit facilities, negotiating deal terms, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal frameworks.
• Develop persuasive investment memos, integrating market research, financial projections, risk assessment, and investment structuring insights to support sound decision-making.
• Develop structured loan pricing models, multi-tranche debt structures, and SPV-backed lending vehicles to optimize capital deployment and investor participation.
