Job Overview:
Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for a project consisting of luxury residences. This role requires extensive experience in high-end real estate sales, strategic thinking, and the ability to connect with and manage relationships with affluent clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with VIP clients, including investors, entrepreneurs, and financial funds.
- Negotiate and close deals while designing flexible payment solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and high-end partners to organize exclusive sales events.
- Manage and train the sales team to ensure top performance.
- Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and propose optimal sales strategies.
