Mô Tả Công Việc Kế toán tổng hợp Với Mức Lương 25 - 30 Triệu
1) Update, follow and control sale contracts related to new contract, renew contract, rent free period
2) Follow and control Account receivable.
- Issue red invoice for rental
- Follow customer’s utility and issue red invoice for utility
- Contact with customer about the collection and follow customer’s debt aging
- Follow broker contract about the performance fee
- Prepare & follow Receivable report monthly
3) Follow account payable, making the payments according to company’s policy
- Follow and process the payment related to Tax such as WHT, PIT, CIT and submit Tax Declaration to Tax Department
- Follow and process principal, interest payment related to over sea loan
- Prepare and follow monthly expenses
- Prepare and follow expenses related to maintenance, repair warehouse
- Prepare & follow Payable report monthly
4) Prepare reports such as monthly loan report to state bank, quarterly and half year report to Investment Dept and yearly report to static department
5) Update Cash Management report daily and making Bank reconciliation monthly
Với Mức Lương 25 - 30 Triệu Thì Cần Những Yêu Cầu Công Việc Gì
At least 4–6 years of experience in accounting, preferably in warehouse, leasing, logistic
Proficiency in Vietnamese; English at a working level (reading and writing financial terms/reports)
Solid knowledge of accounting principles, especially in accounts receivable/payable and financial reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with accounting software (e.g., MISA, SAP, Oracle) is an advantage
Familiarity with Vietnamese tax regulations (WHT, PIT, CIT) and compliance reporting
Understanding of sales contracts, leasing terms, and rent-free arrangements
