GA-HR assistant works close with GA-HR Manager to ensure efficient and smooth office operations and activities, support the manager on administration related procedures, multiple tasks to ensure, and on other labor related tasks.
Reporting line: GA-HR Manager
Key responsibilities
Admin role:
• Responsible for stock of office supplies including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations
• Manage relationships with external suppliers, including contracts, price negotiations, and service level agreements
• Ensure efficient and effective office operations, including handling administrative issues as they arise
• Manage relationship with internal divisions, teams to improve workflow in the office and working environment
• Execute and monitor administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency
• Create travel itineraries for business executives, employees and company events
• Handle essential administrative procedures related to foreign employees, visitors such as visa, WP, …
