Where we are going to
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and documentation, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all team members Build and manage a cross-functional team of developers, artists, designers, and testers, providing guidance, support, and motivation Track expenses and ensure financial goals are met Oversee the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and progress reports Establish realistic project timelines and milestones, monitor progress, and proactively address any potential delays Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between team members, stakeholders, and external partners Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address any issues that arise Ensure the game meets or exceeds quality standards through regular testing and feedback cycles Coordinate post-launch updates and bug-fixing activities

What we are looking for
At least 3 years of experience as a Game Project Manager or in a similar role Proficient in project management, with skills in planning, scheduling, and risk management Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members Proven ability to analyze complex problems, make sound decisions, and adapt to changing circumstances

Experience with Agile development methodologies Familiarity with the challenges and best practices of developing online multiplayer games Demonstrated knowledge of Unreal Engine 5, including its tools and workflows A genuine passion for video games, particularly wrestling games, and a deep understanding of the genre
