- Prepare documents including contracts, quotations and handover notes.
- Negotiate contracts with clients (contract terms, conditions, etc.)
- Assist the legal procedures including but not limited to researching, drafting legal documents, NDA, receive the dossiers from clients
- Support to review Contract with Suppliers, Subcontractors.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in contractual agreements
- Ensure all contractual obligations are clearly defined and achievable
- Manage and keep the documents in both soft and hard files
- Coordination with external legal firms
- Other tasks required by the manager

- At least 5 years of experience in the same position
- Able to communicate in English
- Good management, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
