Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to lead our compliance initiatives in our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will develop, implement, and oversee compliance policies and procedures to ensure that our production processes meet all regulatory and internal standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align compliance with operational needs and quality benchmarks, while leveraging SAP to monitor, track, and report on compliance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and implement comprehensive compliance policies and procedures tailored to manufacturing operations.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with departments such as Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to integrate compliance requirements into daily operations.
- Utilize SAP to track compliance data, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.
- Stay current on regulatory changes and industry best practices, and update compliance protocols accordingly.
