THE ROLE
As a Project Manager (Junior), you will be an essential member of the team, working closely with and supporting the Lead Project Manager to ensure the smooth execution of our projects. You are a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who excels at coordination and communication. RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Coordination & Execution Support: Assist the Lead Project Manager in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Help maintain the product roadmap and ensure project management tools are kept up-to-date with the latest status from the team.
Agile & Ceremony Support: Support the Release Train Engineer (RTE) and Lead Project Manager in coordinating and preparing for SAFe ceremonies, including PI Planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Your responsibilities will include scheduling, preparing materials, and taking detailed notes to ensure key decisions and action items are captured.
Release & Integration Coordination: Support the integration and release management process by diligently following up with stakeholders on deliverables, tracking checklist items, and assisting in the documentation of new and existing release procedures.
Innovation & Workflow Optimization: Proactively explore and apply modern tools, including AI, to automate repetitive tasks and enhance personal and team productivity. This includes using AI to assist with summarizing meeting notes, drafting communications, or optimizing reporting workflows, bringing an innovative mindset to daily work.
Communication & Stakeholder Management: Assist in managing communications by drafting internal updates, reports, and meeting agendas for review by the Lead Project Manager. Work closely with various stakeholders to gather information, take clear notes during meetings, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Team Culture & Engagement: Actively participate in and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Take the lead on new initiatives to foster a strong team culture, such as creating a team newsletter, organizing team-building activities, or sharing best practices.
Other tasks as assigned.

Must-have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
1-2 years of experience in a project coordination, team administration, or related role, preferably within a technology or creative industry.
Exceptional organizational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Nice-to-have:
Prior internship or experience in game development, software production, or a related tech field.
Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Trello.
A basic understanding of, or a keen interest in, Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe).
Demonstrated interest in using AI tools for productivity and workflow automation.
Experience taking clear, concise notes and tracking action items.
