Mô Tả Công Việc Project Manager Với Mức Lương Thỏa thuận
Job Description:
[Project management and post-sales activities]
• Day-to-day management of assigned projects.
• Producing/updating project plans including project management documents i.e. WBS, Task (To Do
List), drawing or diagram of basic or high-level system design, project formation etc.
• Manage engineers creating a configuration of each network device or servers. (Cisco, Fortigate,
Aruba, Palo Alto, Dell, HP, Anti-virus...)
• Working on-site or remote.
• Communication support for clients under SE support contract.
[Pre-sales activities]
• Consultation of requirements, assisting sales executive staff members to produce proposal
documents.
• Preparation of responses to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP).
• Working with Sales personnel (IIJ Vietnam as well as other members of IIJ Group) and partner
companies as in Vietnam.

[Mandatory]
• Minimum 04+ years working experience in system integration and/or telecom industry.
• Good understanding and have knowledge of Office IT Infrastructure.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Japanese Level: Upper-intermediate (equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher). Must be capable of leading
business communication with Japanese stakeholders.
[Desirable]
• Good understanding and have knowledge of Cloud technologies i.e. IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, BaaS etc.
• English Level: At least upper Inter medium English skill (A plus for internal communication and
regional collaboration.).
