*Job purpose
- ERP Consulting: analyze business processes and provide recommendations for ERP system optimization.
- Business Analysis: directly consulting and analyzing development requirements from business units
- Business Analysis:

*ERP Consulting (40%)
- Provide support to debug and troubleshoot ERP issues.
- Coordinate with ERP developers and support team to resolve system errors.
- Test customizations, new functionality based on evolving business needs
- Identify improvements and propose process change/improvement for ERP.
- Identify opportunities to leverage ERP functionality to improve operational efficiencies.
*Business Analysis (50%)
- Support the development of the Sales Force Administration (SFA) mobile app.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from departments to develop integrated-systems that align business needs.
- Prepare business requirement documents (BRD, SRS, User Stories) to ensure the IT team fully understands the requirements.
