A. POSITION PURPOSE
The Junior Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting business operations by documenting and translating business requirements into system specifications. They will focus on system migration projects, including the ongoing transition from Tour plan to Microsoft Dynamics 365. The role requires a deep understanding of sales processes in a destination management company, including FIT, GIT, and group sales. As a permanent team member, the Junior Business Analyst will also support the continuous improvement and deployment of ERP and CRM systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Communication: Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and delivery.

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements for the system migration project.
• Work closely with senior analysts to ensure all business needs are captured in the new system.
- Sales Process Analysis
• Understand and document FIT, GIT, and Group sales workflows in the current system.
• Collaborate with teams to map these processes to the new system (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
