A. JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- We are seeking a Logistic staff
- The ideal candidate has logistics expertise, good communication skills.
B. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:
- Prepare documents for import and export customs procedures such as contracts, invoices, packing list.
- Prepare document to pay tax and to pay suppliers.
- Monitor and update the status of import and export shipments for all relevant departments.
- Track freight for each shipment within the set target.
- Contact and coordinate with shipping agents/logistics companies to arrange shipments on schedule.
- Support team members to complete tasks when needed.
- Report monthly shipping fee.
- Update documents weekly for GBS team.
- Prepare reports when required.
- Manage all necessary licenses/certifications from Logistics Agencies.
- Handle price consultation documents and work with agents.
- Provide documents to apply for medical equipment declaration.
- Prepare tax refund documents for Luxottica frame shipments.
