JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for smooth processing of Trade Finance transactions as assigned by the Team leader or Department Head. Demonstrate high level of accuracy and understanding levels of the transactions. Assist Team leader / Department Head in overall activities of the team. Responsible for preparing and sharing various report required for the department. Coordinate with releated Department for smooth conduct of transactions
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
In charge of process/ execute daily operation including but not limieted to all types of trade finance transaction bellow as per procedures:
• Trade Loan, discounting
• Guarantee, SBLC
• Import L/C opening, amendment.
• Import Bill Receivable (BR).
• Import Bill Collection Receivable (BCR).
• Export L/C & amendment advise, confirmation.
• Negotiation of Export Bill with L/C.
• Negotiation of Export Bill without L/C.
• Collection of Export Bill with L/C.
