The Demand Planner is crucial in creating precise forecasts that inform supply chain strategies, manage inventory levels, and facilitate strategic business decisions. This role requires a keen analysis of sales data, market trends, and collaborative insights to anticipate customer needs accurately. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, blending data analysis with business savvy to enhance forecast precision and ensure product availability.
This position will require working in the Binh Duong Factory sometimes per month/ quarter with a provided shuttle bus.
• Oversee and refine product demand forecasts.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to integrate relevant insights into demand planning.
• Analyze past sales data and trends to inform future demand projections.
• Create and refine statistical forecasting models, assessing their performance.
• Regularly update weekly and monthly plans to ensure alignment with sales objectives.
