*** DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time on-site role for a CAC Sales Manager (Chillers and VRF) at HI-M Solutek Vietnam (1 candidate works in Hanoi and another 1 in Ho Chi Minh city). The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities related to chillers and VRF systems, Account management & Operations:
1. SALES:
- Be accountable business targets (Sales, Orders, Pipeline) for Chillers and VRF products in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh city and related regions.
- Develop & execute project pipeline, specification and tender document for Chiller and VRF projects
- Sales forecasting by customers, product wises by monthly/quarterly/yearly
- Co-work with vendors and suppliers to build tender documents
2. NETWORK MANAGEMENT & EXPANSION
- Build & maintain good relationships with MEP/HVAC contractors & Project owners.
- Work closely with specifier/consultant for technical & tender support, calculation, design for Chiller.
- Negotiate & finalize sales contracts to maximize sales revenue & align with sales targets.
3. OPERATIONS:
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations of contract, billing, payment, Delivery
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth site installation progress.
- Track sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance/finance/Logistic
