Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting Operations:
• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Reconcile bank accounts, handle cash flow management, and monitor budget adherence.
• Key in AP invoices into software system.
• Issue VAT Invoice for Clients, follow up Payment collection from clients.
2. Tax Compliance:
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and yearly tax reports (VAT, PIT, CIT).
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese tax regulations and manage tax audits when necessary.
3. Financial Analysis:
• Assist in analyzing financial data to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Provide insights on cost management and financial performance.
4. Internal Controls:
• Maintain and improve accounting systems and internal control processes.
