• Carry out training plans for rig personnel;
• Contact training center and Schedule training courses to full-fill the company training needs;
• Arrange related work to help employee attend the course;
• Follow up and update training certificates of employee;
• Follow up the payment of training courses;
• Responsible for valid medical check-up of all employees;
• Supervise the On Job Training plan and any related works of T&D;
• Support other works of foreign project;
• Process the HR procedure in T&D;
• Other assigned works.

• Good English in speaking and writing;
• Fluent in using Microsoft Office application (Excel, Word, Outlook,…);
• Able to make report, track and manage data;
