The Operations & Admin Executive is responsible for overseeing HR, finance, and administrative operations to ensure the Vietnam office runs efficiently and in full compliance with Vietnamese labor and tax regulations.
This role requires a high level of autonomy, strong organizational skills, and effective coordination with various HQ teams in Korea. The ideal candidate is expected to manage day-to-day operations independently while escalating key issues or decisions for strategic alignment with HQ.
[Key Responsibilities]
1. Human Resources Operations
• Coordinate and follow up on the full recruitment process, including candidate communication, interview scheduling, and documentation
• Prepare onboarding materials and manage employment contracts and personnel files
• Assist with visa and work permit applications for expatriates or assigned staff
• Process payroll inputs, including monthly salary, attendance, allowances, and relevant updates
• Register and update dependent information for Personal Income Tax (PIT) declaration
• Manage statutory obligations for Social Insurance (SI), Health Insurance (HI), and Unemployment Insurance (UI)
