General responsibilities:
- Cooperate with engineering team to identify and eliminate as many potential losses at the design stage.
- Stable machine cycle time increasing mean time between failure (MTBF)
- Integrate the new equipment into existing lines. Deterioration is easily measured and corrected. Routine maintenance tasks are easy to perform and carried out by internal personnel. Short MTTR.
- Develop and refine Preventive Maintenance and condition monitoring routines for new equipment. Advise technical training needed for maintenance technicians
- Define costs and value drivers to support life cycle cost reduction and maximize return on capital invested
Main duties:
Business Results
+ Maximize Technical Availability and Asset Reliability across all production lines by effectively leading, promoting and introducing analytical problem solving techniques to maximize the overall asset effectiveness.
+ Lead the site Asset Reliability program. Own and develop the site Analytical Problem Solving, (APS) Root Cause Analysis (RCA) systems, be the “gatekeeper” for effective closure ensuring all relevant improvements are coordinated via appropriate teams.
