This position will be responsible for all phases of hard and soft lease files, including reviewing and monitoring leases prior to execution and throughout the lease term, monitoring critical lease duties, calculating rental escalations, and initiating appropriate action in the event of tenant defaults.
- Office leasing market analysis including identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitors’ share, competitors’ strengths, and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
- Planning, implementing & managing leasing activities effectively to fulfill monthly. quarterly, annual sales target.
- Preparing facility and promotion for leasing.
- Sets-up, maintain and responsible for data integrity of physical and electronic lease files
- Communicates with Leasing, Legal & Accounting, as well as Tenants and Landlords
- Negotiates and coordinates lease documents (including new contracts, renewals, expansion, amendments, ect.,) on requirements needed, including signed documents, payments, tenant details forms and registration/licenses, receipts, etc.
- Utilizes, updates, and manages all tools and resources available to manage workload, including checklists, databases, logs and other related reporting tools.
- All other duties as assigned and associated with the day-to-day operation of a commercial real estate portfolio.
