Mô Tả Công Việc Điều dưỡng Với Mức Lương 20 - 30 Triệu
Plan & supervise the work of the nurses for ensuring the smooth operation
Conduct the training, coaching for the nurses in nurse skills and job guidance in alignment with the corporate standard to meet customer’s satisfaction
Be in charge of development the nurse’s career goal to meet the Company objectives and plans
Provide advice for the nurses and solve problem related to nursing team at clinics
Provide daily nursing tasks at clinics and on-site
Take care of patients, build relationship with them and ensure that they are well cared for
Build up and control work flows to in line with the clinic operations
Ensure the medical equipments are managed and maintained, the medical supplies are controlled well;
Coodinate and support Font office, Doctor team and other teams in clinic operations and developments
Take charge of internal and external reports
Other tasks as required by Line Manager/ BOD

Với Mức Lương 20 - 30 Triệu Thì Cần Những Yêu Cầu Công Việc Gì
At least 5-year experience in Head Nurse
Bachelor degree in Nursing major
Knowledge of professional nursing theory, patient care and medical equipment and instruments
Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency/ hard situation
Effective communication skills (both Vietnamese and English)
