JOB PURPOSE:
Assist several legal tasks of Legal & Compliance Department
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
I. Company Licenses:
• Handle applications to obtain permits certificates, licenses of De Heus Vietnam and affiliates, branches, subsidiaries of De Heus Group in Vietnam
2. Legal Support
• Draft, review and consult the transactions, agreements in the scope of delegation.
• Recognize the legal risks and provide solutions to control and mitigate the risks
• Support to solve disputes, complaints or legal proceeding of litigation in accordance with the instructions of manager.
3. Administration Works
• Preserves all legal documents.
