We are seeking Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable suppliers based on customer inquiries and orders, evaluating supplier capacity, quality systems, and negotiating purchase terms to ensure compliance with company requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source suitable suppliers based on customer inquiries and orders.
• Evaluate supplier capacity, quality systems, and other relevant factors.
• Negotiate purchase terms with suppliers to ensure compliance with company requirements.
• Negotiate purchase prices with suppliers to meet target prices.
• Collaborate with suppliers to develop, review and approve samples.
• Monitor production progress to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage suppliers' performance and product quality.
• Conduct market research to ensure product recommendations and development are in line with trend.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the team leader.
