- Lead in the development of sourcing strategies and implementation of efficient sourcing activities for the CAPEX category
- Work and/or participate with Group on RFx processes for proposing the best proposal for CLT\'s approval
- Work with Group, Projects and Manage vendor qualification process within CAPEX category
- Control projects regarding to Planning, Costs, Resources, Quality, Scope & Risks and delivery of our contractual obligations. Prepare and finalize contracts with suppliers
- Lead in reviewing performance and accessing capability and degrees of motivation of suppliers to improve their performance and develop/maintain/grow relationships with key suppliers
- Closely work with SEA procurement Hub, follow-up with suppliers and Supply Chain, Finance team to drive POV via cost analysis and commercial value negotiations
- Review and provide input to supply risk assessment and mitigation
- Provide training on category management to the DR. Coach the DR for implementing developed strategies and applying best practices
