Mô Tả Công Việc AI Engineer Với Mức Lương 20 - 40 Triệu
Analyze and understand end-user requirements to design and implement NLP/LLM solutions (e.g., agentic AI, retrieval-augmented generation, QA systems, information extraction pipelines).
Research and experiment with open-source AI models and frameworks, evaluate new LLM APIs, and explore emerging paradigms such as agentic AI and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Design scalable AI systems that can support multiple users concurrently, ensuring high availability, low latency, and role-based access control.
Develop and optimize data pipelines, training, and inference systems for NLP applications..
Fine-tune and serve LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Qwen, Phi) using frameworks such as vLLM, Unsloth, SGLang.
Collect, synthesize, and curate high-quality datasets from multiple sources, including generation from LLMs.
Evaluate, train, and benchmark custom models using HuggingFace datasets, tools, and libraries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy models into production and monitor performance metrics.

Has expertise in doing survey Hugging Face datasets and models, training NLP models.
Proficient in high-level programming languages, especially Python.
Familiar with Linux/Unix/Shell, Docker.
Training and deploying machine learning
Familiar with cloud platforms like AWS/Azure.
Proficient in FAST API.
Processing models through backend: ONNX, TritonServer
Message broker: RabbitMQ
Databases: MongoDB, Solr, Elasticsearch
Serving large language models GPT, Llama, Mistral, Phi, Qwen with vLLM, Unsloth, SGLang
Continual pre-training, finetuning large language models with LoRa, SFT, DPO, ORPO
