• Manage Label, package, traceability code.
• Send and receive samples and documents (domestic and global).
• Manage retained sample of all shipments.
• Schedule inspection with QC and related party.
• Prepare inspection and compose report.
• Arrange bookings with supplier and forwarder.
• Follow-up shipment progress and coordinate to solve problem occur.
• Check and coordinate to amend shipping document.
• Support administration tasks.
Với Mức Lương Thỏa thuận Thì Cần Những Yêu Cầu Công Việc Gì
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (International business, Business administration, Supply Chain Management, etc).
• Good command of English (Oral & Written).
• Proficient in MS Office computer skills (Especially Excel).
• At least 2 years experience in procurement, purchasing position in Food or FMCG.
