The Finance Manager will take on a standalone role, working closely with both the JV and the Vietnamese parent company. The position requires deep understanding of Australian and Vietnamese financial and accounting regulations, and the ability to serve as a financial bridge between the two entities. This role reports directly to the M&A Director and offers an opportunity to influence financial operations and compliance from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all financial and accounting functions for the JV, ensuring compliance with Australian laws and regulations.
• Act as the key point of contact to communicate and reconcile financial matters between the Vietnamese parent company and the JV partner in Australia.
• Coordinate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Support external audits and liaise with relevant regulatory bodies.
• Use SAP (the company’s accounting software system) to manage financial records and reporting.
• Provide strategic input on financial planning and business decisions.
