Job Description:
We are looking for an Assistant Manager Cargo Sales and Customer Service who will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional service to our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a passion for helping clients solve their logistics challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Promote and sell cargo services, including interlines, charters etc.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information & tracing.
• Prepare and process quotes, proposals, and air cargo related documentations.
• Coordinate shipments with internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Generate new business leads.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the delivery process.
• Track customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Stay updated on market trends and industry regulations.
• Responsibility of Sustainability in the station.
