Position Overview:
This position is responsible for Salomon brand for Footwear products.
Key Responsibility Areas:
• Responsible for all quality and production affairs in all Vietnam factories
• Manage all the Q&P (quality & production) people in Vietnam
• Work closely with IE (industrialization engineer), PPP (planning, production procurement) to ensure factories production and delivery as per scheduled
• Educates suppliers with Salomon business needs and objectives, maintains a positive factory relationship via day to day communication and positive participation.
• Actively coordinate and successful fulfil the assigned transfer projects from the Indus source to receiving source.
• Work closely with HQ quality team for quality topics
• Ensure Salomon footwear quality requirement is fully respected and objective met in assigned factories
• Ensure Salomon delivery objective is met in all Vietnam factories
