Our systems streamline operations, enhance production management, and drive efficiency for our clients. We are seeking an HR-Accounting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of HR- Accounting practices and regulations, and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and hiring new employees.
• Key point of contact for all employees and management team to provide administrative supports
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on company HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Prepare HR-related reports and figures as required by local authorities.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
• Manage monthly payroll processing.
• Responsible for monthly/annual HR, Insurance, PIT reports…
• Forecast and control all HR and Operation budget monthly/quarterly/yearly and report to Head Office.
