As a Responsible, you are an integral part of the brand image. Your strong leadership skills and retail experience will set the example for your team while manage the department in accordance with company standards, working closely with the regional team to achieve the store's objectives and support the entire team. Product/Commercial/Visual Management:
- Ensure shop floor layout and new lines are merchandised according to according to/follow the Company guidelines/ operational policies and procedures.
- To be aware of the daily and monthly budgets to meet and exceed them.
- Analyze daily business information & data and reacts to it accordingly.
- Be in charge of planning the commercial and visual activity of the store in a daily/ weekly/ seasonal manner.
- Work alongside the management team to ensure that the best RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) practice is in place at all times.
