We seek an experienced and detail-oriented Group Finance Manager to oversee and manage our Vietnam entities' financial and statutory operations. The ideal candidate will understand local tax regulations, international remittance procedures, corporate finance, and regulatory compliance, particularly in the real estate and hospitality sectors.
Tax & Regulatory Compliance
• Lead and manage all matters related to tax inspection, audits, and compliance in Vietnam.
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of corporate taxes, VAT, and other statutory obligations.
• Maintain strong relationships with the Tax Department and proactively handle any tax-related disputes or clarifications.
International Financial Transactions
• Manage processes for remittance of funds overseas, including dividends to overseas shareholders and repayment of inter-company or external loans.
• Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese foreign exchange control regulations and corporate governance requirements for fund movements.
• Coordinate and liaise with the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) for foreign loan registration, approvals, and compliance filings.
